Temperature control
Temperature control is essential and needs to be adapted to the samples accordingly.
The Decaper-2001 is equipped with software to control the temperature of a sample to a
maximum of 230 degree Celsius and it is divided into seven increments
Diamond-Tube
The nozzles should be acid-proof with tiny size because fuming nitric acid,
fuming sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid (vitriolic acid) and other kinds of
acid is used to remove the EMC. To meet these needs, Sambon has developed
the Decaper-2001 with a diamond tube which is acid-proof and able to control
minute doses of chemicals for accuracy.
Discharge
of Minute Dose of Chemicals
The Decaper-2001 has a unique electric pump which enables control to discharge
0.5cc units. It contributes to the accurate processing and environment.
Variety
There are various materials with different bonding characteristics used for
packaging semiconductors, which requires different chemicals for etching.
Thus, the Decaper2001 has 4 nozzles to accommodate the multi-chemicals.
The Decaper2001 has useful jig of it¡¯s own to accommodate decapsulation,
so it is easy to work with the different shapes and sizes.
