with full automation. No expertise required to operate the Decaper-2001.

Usage
Useful GUI (graphic user interface) allows to
decapsulate the different packages very easily. Furthermore all
the data including chemical usages, speed rates, temperature and
washing can be filed, so the decapsulation under the same conditions
can be realized with the same result.
Precise
Treatment
The Decaper-2001 is able to spot
a point to remove exactly on a computer screen by use of software
before realization. This process not only saves time but also
does the operation without any damages.
